Grand Mesa National ForestGrand Mesa, the world's largest flat top mountain, is very impressive with its 53 square mile land area and 10,000 ft. elevation. Hundreds of lakes dot the mesa, making it a haven for the outdoorsman. Fishing, hunting, camping, hiking and snow activities are abundant. Located 45 miles north of Montrose. Free access.
